Ingredients
  1. 1 egg
  2. 2 egg whites
  3. 1/2 cup ground almond
  4. 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
  5. 2 bananas, mashed
  6. pinch of salt
  7. 2tsp coconut oil
  8. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  9. extra coconut oil for cooking
Instructions
  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together wet ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Add wet to dry ingredients and stir together.
  4. Heat 1 tsp of coconut oil in a medium sized pan.
  5. Pour batter in approximately 1/4 cupfuls onto pan and spread out into pancake shape.
  6. Allow to cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, once golden brown, carefully flip over.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter, adding more coconut oil to the pan as needed.
Notes
  1. These Paleo pancakes are the perfect combination of protein, carbs and fat. I love them especially after a good sweaty workout on the weekend.
  2. I dress them up with berries, banana slices, homemade nut butter or my homemade chocolate sauce.
  3. Sprinkle some nuts, seeds or coconut flakes on top and your taste buds are going to party hard!
  4. Thank me later 🙂

Thanks for putting this together! Very stiafghtrorward explanation. I’m looking into BMWs with final drive and this gave me a perfect description and some of the pitfalls. I wonder if the older BMW final drives fail as much as the newer ones you made reference to. I’m looking at the 80′s and 90′s. Cheers.
