Ingredients
  1. 1 small cucumber
  2. 1/2 medium avocado
  3. 2 stalks celery
  4. 1 piece fresh ginger (about 1 inch - depending on your taste)
  5. 2 green kiwi
  6. 1 tsp chia seeds
  7. 1 cup almond milk or water
  8. handful ice
Instructions
  1. Throw all the above ingredients into your blender (I recommend Vitamix) and blend for about 30 seconds on high speed or until you have a smooth consistency.
  2. Serve smoothie in jug or bowl and top with bee pollen, cocoa nibs and goji berries.
  3. Enjoy immediately!
